Purpose
These terms govern the sale of workshops, jewellery and gift cards offered on this site to private individuals. They are accepted when the order is placed.
The seller
The seller is the sole trader identified above.
What we provide
The workshop lasts two hours. You choose a piece — bracelet, necklace, anklet or earrings — and you make it yourself, with guidance. The kit includes the thread, the 925 silver clasp, the crimp beads, the tray, the loan of tools and free access to the bead wall.
Fine stones and premium beads are extra, charged per item according to the price list.
The online shop sells finished pieces and gift cards.
Prices
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French tax code.
The prices shown are those of the day the order is placed. A price change never applies to an order already confirmed.
Ordering and payment
Online payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or keep your card details.
The order is firm once payment is taken. You receive a confirmation by email.
Delivery
Collection in person is free. Delivery within France costs €4.90, and is free from €80 of purchases.
Orders are dispatched within five working days. If we are late we tell you, and you may cancel and be refunded.
Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw from a shop purchase, without giving a reason. Send the item back intact, in its packaging; we refund within fourteen days of receiving it.
This right does not apply to jewellery you made yourself at a workshop: article L.221-28 3° of the French consumer code excludes goods made to the consumer’s specifications. Nor does it apply to a workshop already fully delivered with your agreement.
Cancelling a booking
A workshop booking can be cancelled or moved free of charge up to forty-eight hours beforehand. After that the deposit is retained: the materials have been prepared and the slot held.
Guarantees
All our pieces carry a lifetime guarantee against a making fault: a thread that gives way, a clasp that fails — we take it back.
This commercial guarantee is in addition to the legal guarantees, which apply in every case: the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French consumer code, two years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French civil code).
Loyalty and gift cards
One euro spent is worth one point. Twenty points give one euro off a later purchase, in the shop or at a workshop. Points are neither sold nor exchanged for money.
A gift card is valid for one year from issue.
Complaints and mediation
Write to us first: we answer within forty-eight working hours and look for a solution.
If the disagreement remains, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules applying to consumers.
