What we collect, why, for how long, and how to take back control.
Data controller
The data controller is the sole trader identified above.
What we collect
A booking or contact request: your name, email, phone, the date you would like and what you write to us.
A customer account: first and last name, email, phone, town, date of birth, how you heard of us, and whether you want the monthly letter.
An order: the items, the amount, the delivery address and your loyalty points. Your card details never reach us.
The monthly letter: your email alone.
Why
To answer you and organise workshops: because it is necessary for the contract or the step you are taking.
To keep your account, your orders and your loyalty points: because it is necessary to perform the contract.
To send you the monthly letter: because you consented, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
To measure site traffic: only if you accept it in the banner.
Who processes it for us
Supabase for accounts and orders, Stripe for payments, Resend for emails, Vercel for hosting, and Google Analytics for traffic measurement if you accepted it.
Some of these providers are established outside the European Union. Transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We neither sell nor rent your data to anyone.
For how long
A contact or booking request: three years after the last exchange.
A customer account: as long as it exists, then three years after your last activity.
Accounting records tied to an order: ten years, as the law requires.
Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict its use, object to its processing and receive it in a readable format. Write to us; we answer within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority, CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.
Cookies
The site places no measurement or advertising cookie until you have accepted it. Without your agreement no measurement script is loaded: there is nothing to refuse, and the banner does not appear.
Only the cookies needed to run the site remain: your basket, and your session if you are signed in.
